I am absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendly, courteous, and homely approach. Everyone is so approachable that you instantly feel at ease. A special mention to Mr. Aryan, who manages everything so efficiently and humbly—you can truly sense his dedication, which makes you want to come back again. My parents and wife found this place comfortable. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures—I personally verified this before booking, and it was reassuring to see such honesty. The location is another big plus: right in the heart of the city and very well connected to all major spots in Indore. There are a few small areas where the experience could be made even better, such as arranging breakfast a bit earlier around the standard 8 a.m. time, having cleaner and well-marked parking spaces in the basement, and paying a little more attention to cleanliness in toilet seats and corners. That said, the team is doing a commendable job overall and is clearly moving in the right direction. Thank you, Hotel PTC, for making our stay in Indore so comfortable and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely choose your hotel again on our next visit to the city.

Food is nice We tried pohe and Onion and Potato Paratha everything is nice Rooms are clean Easy to reach hotel from indore Railway station and Everything famous is near to this hotel

Don't have their own kitchen, food services. Contractor some times don't surve at last moment and reception says get order food online. Would be better if they can manage small restaurant of their own.

Hotel for stay is good but never add breakfast in your booking ..they were cheated us ....in same amount you get better brekfast in same kitchen when you directly order to hotel kitchen...
